What is accessTD?

accessTD allows users to stay connected to their business when away from the office. The application and mobile site offer key techdata.com functionality including product searches, product pricing and availability, order tracking, invoice details and shipment information from their mobile device.

Which operating systems is accessTD compatible with?

  • Other: Browser application may be compatible with other smartphone operating systems not listed*

How do I get started using accessTD?

For Apple and Android users:
Download the free App from the respective App stores by searching “accesstd”

All other devices should visit our mobile site:
https://m.techdata.com

What login credentials do I use?

Login to accessTD with the same credentials used to access secure areas of techdata.com. This is also known as your Electronic Commerce (EC) ID.

How do I request an EC ID and password if I don't have one?

Your current relationship with Tech Data determines the necessary steps to obtain an ID and password. Please refer to the appropriate section below:

Non-Tech Data Customers
For access to our electronic commerce tools, you must first become a Tech Data customer. Visit here for more details on this process.

As soon as you have obtained your customer numbers, you can apply for your Electronic Commerce ID. Visit here for more details on this process.

Current Tech Data Customers
Even if you are already a Tech Data customer, you still need a User ID and Password for access to our electronic commerce tools. Your customer number is not sufficient. Visit here for instructions on how to apply.

Once your company has been assigned an Electronic Commerce ID, the Main Administrator and all assigned Admin Users in your organization can create additional accounts. For more detailed information on user administration, please see the EC Admin help section.

Non-Tech Data Vendors
For access to our electronic commerce tools, you must first become a Tech Data vendor.

As soon as you have your vendor number, you can apply for your Electronic Commerce User ID and Password. Visit here for more details on this process.

My credentials are not working, what should I do?

If your EC ID and password have stopped working, you may either contact your company’s Main Administrator or our eCommerce Support team for assistance.

What should I do if I've forgotten my ID and password?

If you are unable to log into our website, please contact your company’s Main Administrator or the eCommerce Support team.

If you are the Main Administrator and your credentials are not working, please contact eCommerce Support.

I have tried logging in several times and now I'm locked out. What should I do?

If you enter an incorrect password more than twice, further attempts will be blocked for 20 minutes. After this interval, you may try again. As a reminder, your password must be 7-14 characters and contain at least one alpha character and at least one numeric character.
